Edit: Hmm. Isn't GTA IV a Games for Windows LIVE title? Perhaps LIVE support could help if the game shows on your LIVE account?
Oh god i just reinstalled this a couple days ago, if you do get it installed get ready for about a 3 hr install process, and at least an hr worth of setting up your account and logging in an out and restarting the game for 4 or 5 patches. one of the worst installs ever.
But i do enjoy the game at least.[thumbup]
