A [reflect damage and extend respawn time] after x team kills would be nice.

For starters you can just not feed the trolls by posting the video on the official forums.

I don't like damage reflection, that would make the TK sanction dependant on the amount of hp you have.

Extending the spawn time exponentially with each kill is great. Then let the delay gradually tick back again.

But not having damage reflection is no sanction at all. The reason I suggest it in conjuction with the increased spawn time is it gives people who really are just pretty crap or very twitchy a little more incentive to be more cautious PLUS it's an added indicator of when they are damaging a team mate.

For those who TK intentionally, a respawn extension only comes into effect after they've died. More often than not that means someone else on the team having to TK them since they'll often be hanging around behind the front line. With reflection, the team killer is killed and so his respawn extension takes immediate effect.

What about autokick after 5 teamkills during one round and no ability at coming back before round ends?

I have had accidental teamkills during one round about 3 times, that's why 5 times is my suggestion.

Doesn't it autokick after a few TKs anyway?

I have not seen autokick working for a while, but witnessed many matches where some annoying kids kill their own.

Maybe they have fixed this now, dunno.

btw: Even bots like to teamkill me when rounds starts:D

What if this guy was working for enemy, MMC agent on ISA spacesuite?

Very evil!, it's funny that we have spacesuite that fixes itself but can't protect from killing your teammates:D

If I recall correctly the TK auto kick is based on a percentage, the default i think is 50/50 which is pretty high when bots are involved. Makes it too easy to rack up a bunch of kills then run around axing team-mates. On your server try dropping the tk limit to 20% which makes 1 in 5 TK acceptable. (ie 1tk + 4 opp kills) That should be enough to keep the trolls away. Also change the ban time to more than an hour.
