Probably due to the fact that it is a Xeon. Those are fairly rare. Tho I don't know why it would suddenly stop identifying it if it had worked in the past. We'll take a look on Monday what's up...
Hey, I have same kind of problem. Last week it said that I have unknown prosessor and now it wont give me any results. Jumps back to starting point after "rolling". Reinstalled even manually but nothing..

You can try uninstalling "Futuremark SystemInfo" and "Game-o-Meter" from your program list and then re-running but if that doesn't sort it out, then I'm afraid you may be out of luck until next revision of SystemInfo is released (we're working on it - current one doesn't recognize some CPUs)
Actually, it turns out there was yet *another* unrelated issue found with the website itself that caused the scan to fail for the vast majority.
It is now fixed, so the scan should work again - there may still be cases where processor or video card is not properly detected, but those should be rare (and we're still working on fixing them).
