    Processor not recognized.

I've ran the GOM before with no issues. Today I tried for kicks and giggles, and it said it couldn't identify my processor.

My system is in my specs<----I meant sig.

Probably due to the fact that it is a Xeon. Those are fairly rare. Tho I don't know why it would suddenly stop identifying it if it had worked in the past. We'll take a look on Monday what's up...

    Re: Processor not recognized.

Hey, I have same kind of problem. Last week it said that I have unknown prosessor and now it wont give me any results. Jumps back to starting point after "rolling". Reinstalled even manually but nothing..

    Specs: Amd Phenom II 1075T
    Asus M4A89GTD-PRO/usb3
    win7 64bit, 8Gb ram
    Palit GTX260 sonic 896Mb

Edit: I'm using Lates version of Firefox..

    Re: Processor not recognized.

Probably related to the new SystemInfo.

You can try uninstalling "Futuremark SystemInfo" and "Game-o-Meter" from your program list and then re-running but if that doesn't sort it out, then I'm afraid you may be out of luck until next revision of SystemInfo is released (we're working on it - current one doesn't recognize some CPUs)

    Re: Processor not recognized.

Well, it's no longer telling me it's unidentified, in fact it's not telling me anything.

It brings up the Analysing screen, then after about 10-15 seconds it goes back to the main screen for that particular game.

Looks like same issue. We are aware of this and working on a solution.

    Re: Processor not recognized.

Actually, it turns out there was yet *another* unrelated issue found with the website itself that caused the scan to fail for the vast majority.

It is now fixed, so the scan should work again - there may still be cases where processor or video card is not properly detected, but those should be rare (and we're still working on fixing them).
