    Driver status - Not FM Approved ?

    Hi,

    I bought the 3D Mark Vantage but at the end of testing, I do not write 0 3DMarks and shows this error " Your result has the following problem(s) and will not be shown for example on leaderboards: Graphics driver is not approved " - graphics driver not approved. What it means. I have the latest drivers for your ATI Mobility Graphics 10.12 Win7 64bit. How do I use the drivers to reach the point of the result ? Yet I have a question, what does the info 3D Mark Vantage " Driver Status - Not FM Approved "?

    Which driver for ATI Mobility Radeon HD5650 ? Please.

    Thank you.

    NB: ACER Aspire 7741G, Intel® Core™ i5-430M 2.27GHz-TB 2.53GHz, Radeon HD 5650, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB HDD, Windows 7 64bit Home Premium, Avast! Internet Security 5

    Latest approved driver at this time is 10.11. Note that in your case you should probably do nothing - 10.12 will be approved this week and the message you are seeing will go away at that point (no need to re-run benchmark or re-submit).

    As for result showing 0, are you running a default preset or have you changed the settings? You have to run the benchmark at one of the default presets (Entry, Performance, High, Extreme) to get a combined 3DMark score. If you change resolution or settings, you only get individual CPU/GPU scores as the combined score would not be comparable. Yes, this means that you may have to run it at a resolution that isn't the same as your display but that's the only way to get a score that is meaningful.

    I own the basic version and I can not set anything there. I have custom settings. Nothing will not change.

    With basic edition, the score should not be 0 then. Can you upload the score to 3dmark.com and provide me with the result ID (shown on the web page after you have submitted the score)?

    The issue is this;

    Preset: Custom

    Width
    1600

    Height
    900

    So it is not running at the default (entry, performance, high or extreme) preset.
