I use 9800GT graphics card.

I update Windows 7 regularly and I dont find any DirectX update to be installed currently.

DxDiag says its DirectX 11.

Google for DirectX Web Installer and run it to ensure everything is up-to-date.

Also ensure you have latest video drivers installed from www.nvidia.com

I downloaded and ran the web installer from here. It said that I already did have the latest version.

I also checked nVidia website for latest driver and I'm also using the latest one.

Bit baffled by this. What resolution monitor you have and can it render at 1024x768? It is possible that this test fails if you are, for example, using a TV (or a laptop display) with vertical resolution of less than 768 pixels.

My monitor is Dell SP2309W which has a native 2048 x 1152 resolution.

And, I assume, you are running windows desktop at that resolution, correct?
