Have tried Opera & Chrome & others have confirmed it.

Noted. This is due to the massive back-end work going on at the moment to move ORB to 3dmark.com - all our online services are affected and it looks like there is a dependency in Peacekeeper.
It will be fixed later today or early tomorrow. Sorry about the mess.

I also receive it with the newest version of Iron SRWare which is a chrome-based browser.
I also had trouble with beta/dev/RC browsers. Then I ran the test on FF3x, had success, then was able to use that key to run on beta/dev/RC browsers.
