Softwipe for the EU server return cancelled. It is now unknown when the next soft wipe will occur.
This has pissed a lot of people off as when they heard the announcement quite a few people bought premium with whatever gold they had and spend all their credits on buffing a specific tank to just grind free exp and credits like crazy so they would get the exp without having to spend gold for it, but now that there is no softwipe they have a tank with 2m+ worth of modules on it and 100k exp on them they can't use.
Yep, saw that. Also, the new planned soft wipe date is the launch of the clan features (should be in January). Hope it comes asap, since I have just been messing around with all sorts of tanks that I don't really want to keep in the long run (have an M6, jagdpanzer IV, an elite panther, on my way to the tiger II, soon a schoolbus, etc) instead of focusing on my IS3.
I've just been grinding the heck out of my T29 with the 105mm. It is extremely rare that I make less than 1k a round in that machine unless it's one of those terribad rounds with 7 SPGs or bad balance or something. At least it isn't elite yet so the exp isn't wasted, and I did plan to get a T32 after the wipe anyways so the exp will be going to good use either way. I did spend 1.5m on modules for it though but I was planning to keep the T29 for credit farming anyways since it's like 6k to repair 9k-14k for ammo(1k a shell) and I frequently get 40-50k credits in it.Yep, saw that. Haven't really been playing that much. Trying to ration my playtime so I don't get burned out or anything.
Know what you mean, enjoy the T29/T32 while it lasts, it's getting nerfed to the ground next patch.
I am a bit worried about the state of the top tiers though. Especially with the impending US nerf, I feel that everyone will go IS7 post soft-wipe. The Maus and the T30 are just horribly underpowered in comparison and despite earlier promises it seems like the Maus won't be getting a better gun after all
BTW, have you seen the T54, Panther II, Tiger arty and the new T9 soviet TD? Bloody amazing stuff! The Panther II could make me change my mind about jumping ship and getting the T44/T54, it is the coolest tank I've ever seen!

Only pictures I've seen of the Panther II(in-game, not from wiki or something) it looks identical to the Panther II with a bigger gun lol. It was a pretty early WIP.
The Tiger arty is going to be beastly though and Object...407 I think it was is the T9 sovvie TD, supposed to do something like 1.2k damage a shot. Freaking ridiciulous. I think it's supposed to have access to the Arty 203mm.

Can't wait for it. The Panther II will also have armour skirts which make it look badass! Also I read some long term plans about nuclear artillery being added (T8-9 arty) in future releases! Bit scared of that, but also sooo tempted to try it out when it gets released!
Oh yeah, had my daily today on my IS3 totally wasted (680 XP doubled) thanks to no one on my team besides me getting a SINGLE kill. Literally, managed to snipe 3 of them, 12 survived. Can't wait for double XP on first win as opposed to first match
