    Yes Speed Step is disable, and C1E is disable.

    I guess it is a Windows thing. Taking stock multiplier. Thats why the cpu speed is wrong. Windows only update FSB, but not multiplier.

    Seems like if the multiplier is 24 and higher.. windows will pick it up wrong and go with default multiplier times fsb.

    I dont think there is a fix for this. Other than lower my Multiplier.

    This is on our radar as a bug to fix. Should be fixed in future SystemInfo updates, but I don't have an ETA yet.
