how would you check number of cards ??
in validation you cant see it .. it says 5870.. but not number of them.

have two 5970 should pay over the 1400$ here

its too high price limited on the vga card can help but !!!

3DMark06 has some legacy problems in reporting multiple GPU's, so there's no surefire easy way.

If you look at the result details, there is a field called "Linked Display Adapters" that says Yes if there's more than one card, but there's no automated way of showing how many cards have been used beyond the first and if the benchmark hasn't been updated to the latest version, even that detection may be wrong.

The number of GPU's is visible from the uploaded result files, so we'll get the full details for the winners when the contest is over.

Also, if someone (else) is wondering about this result with GeForce 8800 GTS listed as the graphics card, the system is actually running twin GTX 470's for graphics, but for some reason reports 8800 GTS as the primary device.

I have a result submitted to ORB for the contest, but when I try to make the result public the page refreshes, but the result is still private. I've deleted and resubmitted the result a couple times, but same problem.

yeah I think we need to know the cut off time or have a countdown timer that is right for every time zone
