How to change email if u cant access email

How can i change my email to a new email but i cant access the original since the services has been cut off. So i cant retrieve my password or change emails with out having access to the old one. Am i screwed do i have to re buy my software again ?

Suggest you email to sales [at] futuremark.com and give as much detail about your purchase as possible (things like product key, billing address etc) and ask for assistance. Can't really help with issues like this over the forums.
