depends on the map and mode. in wildass firefight maps, I always use stopping power. sniper type maps, and when there are a crapload of UAV's, choppers, and ac130 in the air.......usually that's a sign to go coldblooded

i use stopping power more, but i do like coldblooded a lot. you can get a lot of kills people not expecting you there. oftentimes they walk right by you.

I always use Stopping Power. It's a key component to my "own you int he face" build. M16 + FMJ + Stopping Power = win.

Doesn't M16 kill in one burst with or without stopping power?

No, neither does the FAMAS. They need stopping power for one-burst kills. It might happen once in a while without stopping power, but nowhere near as frequently.

I know Famas doesn't, but M16 in the chest or head is always one burst kill.

Not without stopping power it doesn't. With stopping power it's nearly 100% of the time, without stopping power the M-16 needs two bursts probably 50% of the time.

EDIT: Not talking about headshots, of course.

yeah, there definately is a difference. M16 w/ stopping power is much more potent.
