Yeah at the end of the day crysis is running at V.HIGH 1920x1080 and looks nice.
Slows down in the worst cases but hey.
Oh well, you know what they say, you can take a horse to water...
Anyway, nobody doubted it would do the job, its just very poor value for money.
Not as bad as the 5870 and not far off the 5850.
Like I said, if you can get the memclocks up high, it's not bad card at all
Your memclocks should be giving it atm ~35%'ish performance increase for sure since your core is quite high too

Well no wonder the mem clocks so high. They are using HC04 chips from samsung.
0.4ns = 1250mhz (2500 DDR) IIRC?
How does it run Crysis? My (not overclocked) 5770 is definately on its knees begging for mercy at that resolution and everything set to very high details (DX10). FPS hover in the lower 20s, in some areas I get a little over 30FPS. Thats without AA. When I insist on very high details I have to set the resolution to 1440x900, then its playable most of the time.
Is that 5830 that much better?
Well I had a good session and it was playable but I had no FPS counter, is there an inbuilt one or which one did you use?
