Well this is Chrome for linux repackaged for Maemo which is based off of Debian (.deb packages).
Its not an official release from google, the maemo community actually worked on getting it to work on the n900. It has full flash support and is the only browser that comes close to nokia's microB. I would say it is superior to microB but it doesnt have good touch support so I have to use arrow keys to navigate and to zoom in and out i have to use ctrl + "+/-"

That makes more sense. Still I wish they'd do a little branding.
That's kind of misleading. JIT (which is what the boost is) can already be enabled on the Nexus One and the Droid and it can boost preformance 4x in certian non-native apps, but the improvements are certainly not universal (and the browser wouldn't see any improvements).
