Saving and retrieving benchmark data

On a PC with no Internet access, I can save PCMark Vantage results to a file, but how do I submit these results to the ORB for display?

Start PCMark Vantage on internet connected machine, right click on the start screen and choose "submit saved result", browsing to the saved file.
