Barbed connections to not require additional clamps. Use can choose to use clams, but not needed.Originally Posted by DKPowers

DK, It is not just the barbs for why I run no clamps, the tubing is 7/16 on 1/2 barbs, this results in a less impeded flow path and a nice tight grip on the tubes. Added to the fact I dont move the rig much so not really worried about it moving in transport etc![]()
Horrorwood, t line is at the pump inlet, so water is sucked through the inlet, so away from t. t line is a replacement to the res; cheaper, less water in the loop (compromise, water heated up faster but less water in loop for better flow...)
I may move to clamps on the pump, but everywhere else is really very secure...![]()
Very nice indeed.
One of these days I'll have to get off my lazy butt and post some pics of my own.
Some more pics, the wiring gets neater!
The rear, where the magic wiring really goes on (masking tape for the win!) :

That is exactly what you should have done. The water changes temperature ever so slightly that the order of components doesn't matter as much as avoiding kinks. I wouldn't worry about it.Originally Posted by unrealhippie
