Crash and connection help?

I couldnt find a tech support area so im posting this here.

I randomly get this error while playing and CTD

Also, when connecting to the 4-5 active servers, i get either "Could not connect to server" or "could not connect, steam authentification failure" 90% of the time.

Any ideas?
