Wisher - I think some of Deebz comments from the beginners thread were put into the guide - hence he got a credit. Where I've lifted anything I've tried my best to attribute it to the original poster.

There are a couple of more additions needed (more screenshots, etc), but I thought I should get it listed here so that beginners can find it easily.
