Over the last few days you will have seen a lot of weirdness with Shattered Horizon on Steam. Getting ready for the Arconauts program has not been as smooth or as easy as we hoped it would be. This update answers common questions and aims to clear up any confusion around the Arconauts program. Details of the Moonrise testing will be posted in a separate update. Please read the following information carefully.

If you pre-ordered from Steam
  • Your "My Games" list will now have Shattered Horizon: Arconauts listed.
  • If you pre-ordered from Steam and cannot see the Arconauts application you should contact Steam for support.

If you pre-ordered from Futuremark Store
  • You will be sent a key to download the Arconauts edition from Steam.
  • The key will be sent to the email address you entered when you made your purchase.
  • Keys will be sent on the 26 November.
  • UPDATE: Keys have now been sent. Check your email, and look in the junk folder before posting.

Q: What is the Arconauts program?
Arconauts are the most valued members of the Shattered Horizon community. Members get to play new levels and test new game features before they are made available to everyone else. Arconauts also have their own private forum to discuss upcoming plans for the game with the development team at Futuremark Games Studio.
Q: I have the Arconauts application but the server is password-protected?

Q: How can I join the Arconauts and take part in the testing?
There are no other ways to join the Arconauts at this time. We are not making any exceptions.
Q: I took part in the closed beta, can I join the Arconauts?
Only the 500 people selected as "super-testers" can join the Arconauts.
Q: I didn't pre-order but I can still see the Arconauts app. What's going on?
There will be some people who do not qualify for the Arconauts yet still have the Arconauts app in their "My Games" list. This is an unfortunate Steam issue. You will not be able to install or run the application. If you try it will just take you to the main Steam Store page. You can however remove the application from your list, just right-click and select "delete local content".
Q: I could see Shattered Horizon Beta in "My Games" before but now it is gone?
The beta edition was a loose end from our closed beta test. It has been removed from everybody's games list.
Q: I had Shattered Horizon: Arconauts in "My Games" list but now it is gone?
The Arconauts application is only available to those groups listed at the top of this update. It has been removed from the list for people who don't qualify.
Q: I have Shattered Horizon: Arconauts in "My Games" list but it won't launch?
The Arconauts edition will only launch for people who qualify for the program. You should remove it from your list by right-clicking and selecting "delete local content".

The CD-KEY is only visible for people who qualify for the program. You should remove the application from your list by right-clicking and selecting "delete local content".
