ok just called them as i have not heard back from my email. the guy on the phone was very helpful and kept apologising.
have to send it back again.
a real shame they have stopped selling in europe, this is the first time ive had aproblem with any of there stuff.

very poor service so far. after one email then 2 phone calls saying ive not recieved their email with RMA details ive given up and bought a 5770 from overclockers with DIRT2 game.
ive just sent a nasty email complaining and saying that its not good enough.
cant really say i wont be buying their stuff again as they wont be selling in europe anymore.
had to do something as i cant go without gaming over christmas.
little update :)
after completely giving up i sent them a real shitty email, saying im gonna buy EVGA, or XFX or any other brand from now on. now 3 weeks later i get an RMA email :)
so this was wednesday, i sent the card off thursday and i check the RMA status friday morning.
card was recieved 5:40 in the morning and something was sent back 9:40 the same morning.
its currently in a depot 20 miles from me so i am expecting it will be here in the morning.
what you guys think it will be?

I hope that a get a shiny new 5970 to replace my 4870x2 :). But as its taken 2 months so far ill be happy to just get my dam 4870x2 back at all right now. O and its sapphire & microdirect im dealing. Totally useless. Took them 5 weeks+ just to send the dam card to Hong Kong. Probably looking at least another couple of weeks before i see it and then ill probably be told it was tested as "working" and have to pay postage bills.
