need help cant run. game o meter

well i am new here and having trouble running the game o meter in IE 8, i ran it the other day, and i upgraded the ram on my computer, and seems like every since i did that, i cant get it to run for some reason, it says The system scan has been blocked by the security settings of your browser. To continue, please do the following:
    1. Click on the yellow Information Bar
    2. Select "Install ActiveX control" from the menu
    3. Select "Install" when asked if you want to install the Measurement Services Client
You need to complete this procedure only once

and a information bar never comes on and when i try again i get the same message, it didnt do this before, can someone please help.

There seems to be something wrong with your browser settings. I have never used IE8 myself so I'm not sure about those.

Personally I'd try another browser. Install Firefox and latest Java (from www.java.com/getjava/) and try with it - at least that should work.
