Having a ingrown toe nail removed is not surgery; it is a outpatient procedure that can be done in any doctor's office. I have had laproscopic knee surgery and a total shoulder replacement; now that is a real surgery.
tonsils, appendix, had all 4 wisdom teeth removed at the same time which was worst than most people because mine had to be drilled out in some crazy fashion because of the way they were growing in behind my other teeth. I would take another appendix removal any day over the wisdom teeth.
Tonsils removed, broken collar bone plated with bone removed from my hip to rebuild it, kidney removed, gall bladder removed, hernia repair, couple of exploritory ops under general anisthetic. [thumbdown]

ankle is plated, i had surgery on my arms (broken) ..
been in coma for 2days ...not sure if this counts for anything
1. Tube in my ear
2. Knee repair... Several surgeries
3. Emergency appendectomy

Nothing major here. Ear tubes as a kid and wisdom teeth more recently (but still 6+ years ago). Been pretty lucky. Only broken bones have been toes.
A large piece of my left knee's inner meniscus was removed due a large tear in it. My anastethic was a shot in the lower back.
Glad it is out, but sometimes I feel my knee..
4 wisdom teeth removed. 2 Caesarian sections, 1 with spinal block the other under general anaesthetic.
