Is there a way to increase quality?

On my ODroidU everything starts out initially at like 260p and goes no more than 480p. This is for everything. The device is hooked up via Cat6 and has the internet down in my sig. Plenty of bandwidth!

On my phone WiFi or on 4G i get solid 720p content. My ISP even supports Netflixs SuperHD steams.

Does Netflix not like Exynos4 processors?

What is some good easy and straight forward cloning software?

I tried Norton Ghost but can't seem to get it working.
The current drive is 160GB HDD and I am wanting to clone it (only 40gigs used) to a 128GB SSD. I get an image off the HDD and go to clone it on the SSD and it says that the SSD is not physically large enough.

I have tried a couple other programs and they all do the same thing. The image is too large for the SSD, even though the image is only like 32gigs compressed from ~40gigs used on the original drive.

What are some of the best Android WiFi apps?

What are some of the best Android WiFi apps?
I will run all my data through a VPN host I'll have at home on my server so my connection will stay safe on unknown networks.
I already get wifi at home, and will starting using my wifi access at school and work.

Maybe an app that can detect hidden networks, automatically connect to the best open networks. Maybe one that knows tricks on how to bypass stuff or can do some cool "hacking" tricks.
An app that tries its best to send whatever I do over WiFi before CMDA/LTE

I am going to test out on my phone for the next couple weeks of only allowing data to pass over WiFi.
I want to see if WiFi can subsidize data enough for me to go back to a dumb phone for my primary phone. See if the $30/mo that I am paying is really worth the $30/mo.

With having a 4gig data cap, it limits me mainly to web browsing with limited pandora let a lone netflix. Plus I use data on school and work when I don't need to. Im thinking that my data usage would be more like barely 100MB over data each month and $30 is not worth that price or worth that price to be able to watch a tv show or two on netflix on the smartphone.

I do plan on getting another smartphone when my contract ends, but get a dumb phone as well. Maybe I could get a Nexus 4 or 7 and just get a PrePaid $30 unlimited data card from TMobile whenever I go on vacation.

The only draw back that I can see is I won't be able to tether when I go to a local school library where I do not have access. Though maybe it will help cause half the time I'd just browse.

Why does it suck so bad!? Even in Youtube, IE owns it.

I own an AMD E-450. Chrome can't play 1080p content smoothly yet IE10 does just fine with plenty left to give.

Then on my mom's computer with no GPU acceleration and an AMD Athlon X2 3800+ Chrome struggles here as well. 720p content is FAR from playable. Like one frame every 5 seconds. Yet IE10 plays at 720p smooth with ~10% of the CPU still free.

How can Chrome be so highly rated when it struggles to play even Youtube videos on lesser hardware? Most people still have lesser hardware, seems like it makes sense to tell users not to use Chrome cause it can't play videos nearly as well. Only limiting a users HD experience by using Chrome.

Hi.

I googled this problem and it seems it has existed for many people for quite a long time now.. but for me it didn't start until this month.
Perhaps youtube has forced this for all video's/countries now?

Basically, whenever I go by public transport I pre-buffer some video's I wanna watch later in the train, where I don't have (fast enough) internet.
However, when I pause the video, the buffering stops!! I can't let it play in the background with the sound off either (to re-watch it later) because when I go back to 0:00sec the f*cking buffer disappears.

This has totally ruined youtube for me...
Does anyone know about this problem or have a fix? I can't find anything. Upped my cache MB's to 1GB also.

Thanks

That Eureka Moment after you screw up Exchange OWA

Well, having just configured Exchange 2010 and migrated users off using hosted mail, I decided to...

Well, having just configured Exchange 2010 and migrated users off using hosted mail, I decided to play around with setting up Outlook Anywhere. Didn't take long configuring IIS with the host name and redirect to /owa, but what was annoying was the certificate issues - domain is .local with a .local certificate, resulting in SSL issues.

So, I started looking to create a self-signed cert with the .org.uk domain. Created one and bang! OWA/OOO/webserver goes kaput [sad] Couldn't connect localhost, connectivity tests couldn't access autodiscover, client moaning about no Out of Office. Couldn't even connect to EMC or EMS! Whoops!

Uninstall IIS, reinstall, messing about with ADSIEdit, hours and hours Googling and checking Bindings, restoring inetpub directory from server backup. Managed to get shell and console working but still no OOO or OWA. Recreating the VDs. Still nope.

Then I thought to recreate a certificate, because I managed to get the IIS page through HTTP, but HTTPS would fail. Looked at Server Configuration and thought about recreating a cert, even if I got errors, at least OOO and OWA would work... Microsoft Exchange Certificate > right click > assign services (no IIS ticked) > tick > smash my head on the table [blush]

I think I'll now to a server backup [laugh]

TotalMedia Theatre - SimHD is awesome. Is there something similar for Media Player?

I mostly use K-Lite Mega Codec Pack with Media Player Classic Home Cinema, but to play Blu Rays disks I purchased ArcSoft TotalMedia Theatre 6 (instead of crappy PowerDVD).

Besides playing BR disks and having 3D mode, it has the best upscale feature, SimHD, I've ever tried. It makes a 700Mb AVI file look like a medium quality HD content. Watching Stargate SG-1 is like a new experience with SimHD on.

Is there a similar type of feature available for Media Player Classic Home Cinema? A plug in? I am not finding an upscale feature.
