I checked performance in task manager and it said only 8GB of RAM was usable.

Checked in system properties and indeed it said 8.00GB. Checked BIOS, RAM was running in XMP Profile 1, but only at 1333 speed and only 8GB was detected.

Pulled all 4 sticks out and tested EACH stick individually in each DIMM slot - everything OK. Tested in 4 different pairs in each set of slots - OK. As soon as I put all 4 sticks in, back to square one - only 8 GB detected.

Pulled all sticks out and put into a completely different system... all 16GB detected in BIOS and in Windows.
I've reset my CMOS and tried setting manual timings/speeds but I cannot post when I do that. Only when XMP Profile 1 is on will it work.

Any ideas?

I have two drives setup for raid. When I boot through the UEFI menu and choose my flash drive with windows 7, it will load the windows installer. Once I get into the installer it will say that windows cannot be installed to this disk. I have tried several raid drivers and same message. This is on a amd board if that matters with the A10 processor.

Just wondering what you guys thoughts are on iOS 7, especially from those like myself that will be using an iPhone when this eventually arrives in fall.

To me it seems to be decent enough. I like the proper multitasking and the fluid animations. The easy 'Control Center' access seems useful, and built-in flashlight. A lot of the features Android users have already enjoyed for years... oh well better late than never, right?

Sweet gimmicks like the motion wallpaper depending on the angle you have your phone are interesting but I can see it as a battery guzzler.

The beta is out already and I was tempted to try but I think I'll wait it out till fall release...

Right, a little why ago I got a notification that there was an update available through Windows Update, so I told it to download and install it. However, this completely mucked up my system and I had to spend time putting it back the way it was before with the original drivers. This isn't the first time this has happened, it happened on a previous PC too. This is so annoying, and now WU keeps bugging me to install this "update" which doesn't actually work!
